egusto is run by Pentora Ltd. It's where we write up our applied AI work: the parts that don't make it into a client deck. Mostly that's notes on using AI tools day to day, what turns into a reusable Claude Skill, what doesn't, and what breaks along the way.

We keep an eye on the apps and services drawing big audiences at any given time, then tinker with Claude to see how far those ideas can be rebuilt. If it works, it ends up here. If it doesn't, that usually ends up here too.

The Skill-Store has some of the Claude Skills we've built for our own work. A few are free to download, and a few are paid, for people who want the finished version instead of building it themselves.

How the posts are made

We draft and refine posts with Claude, make the cover images in Canva, and publish them to this site as plain Markdown files. There's no CMS.
